Free Office Vending is a trading name of Vending Machines Australia, ABN 63 099 686 608. Any agreement formed through this website is with that entity.

By using this website or sending us an enquiry you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time and the version published here is the one that applies.

We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but it is general information only. Machine models, product ranges, service frequency and availability vary by site and can change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance — the specifics for your workplace are confirmed in writing before installation.

Sending an enquiry does not guarantee a machine. Placement depends on factors such as staff numbers, site access, power availability, foot traffic and our service coverage in your area. We'll tell you either way after reviewing your details.

Where we place a machine at no cost, that means no purchase price, no rental fee and no charge for delivery, installation, restocking, servicing or removal. We recover our costs through the products people buy from the machine.

The machine remains our property at all times. The site provides a suitable, safe location and a standard power outlet, and agrees to reasonable access for restocking and service visits.

The site is asked to keep the area around the machine clear and safe, not move or modify the machine, and tell us promptly about faults, damage, theft or a planned office move. Deliberate damage or loss caused by the site may be charged at replacement or repair cost.

Product ranges and prices are set by us and may change. We'll always work with you on the range, including healthier lines or specific requests, where supply allows. Payment at the machine is cashless and handled by the card reader's payment provider.

Either side can end the arrangement with reasonable notice and no exit fee. We'll collect the machine at a time that suits your site.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website or a placed machine is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or repairing or replacing the machine.

When you send an enquiry or contact message, we store it in our enquiry database, email the details to our internal notification address so a person can respond, and create or update a matching lead record in our CRM system at VendSites.com.au. Records are matched on your email address or phone number, so enquiring again updates your existing record rather than creating a duplicate.
